Download the app for your platform and follow the setup steps.

Getting Started

Four steps from install to your first AI-executed task.

Create an Account

Launch the app and create an account or sign in. This enables real-time collaboration and syncs your tasks across devices.

Create Your First Team

Teams are the top-level container for organizing your work. Create a team and invite collaborators using invite codes.

Set Up a Project

Within a team, create a project and link it to a local directory. This is where the AI agent will execute tasks.

Create and Execute Tasks

Add tasks to your Kanban board, write detailed descriptions, and click "Start with Plan" to let the AI agent create an execution plan and get to work.

Set up your environment for the best experience.

API Keys

Configure your API key for each agent you want to use. Claude, GPT, Gemini — each uses its own key.

Keys are stored securely on your local machine and never sent to our servers.

Local Directory

Link each project to a folder on your machine. The AI agent reads and writes files in this directory.

Your files stay local. Nothing is uploaded without an explicit task execution.

Agent Selection

Choose which AI agent to use for each task. Different models excel at different things.

Switch agents per-task. Use Claude for code, GPT for content, Gemini for research.
