By downloading, installing, or using Sugar Banana, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Sugar Banana lets users organize tasks on Kanban boards, execute AI agents, collaborate with team members, and integrate with version control systems.

You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

You are responsible for your own API keys, compliance with model provider terms, API usage costs, and reviewing AI-generated output before use.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content.

You may not use the application for illegal activity, unauthorized access, disruption, malware distribution, impersonation, harassment, or any violation of applicable law.

The application and its design, features, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the service.

Team owners are responsible for membership management. Team data is accessible to members of the team. Removing a member does not erase past contributions.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or extended inactivity. You may terminate your account at any time.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
